Birth is not something you simply have to endure.
Birth is a physiological process — one your body already knows. You deserve the space to allow your body to do what it was designed for, with minimal interruption, fear, or doubt. You deserve to feel protected, informed, and secure as you find your way through birth.

Meet Your Doula
Hi, I'm Esther!
I’m a mother of two, a wife, and a birth doula who believes every woman deserves to feel heard, informed, and supported throughout pregnancy and birth. During my first pregnancy, I found myself fighting to protect my belief in what birth could be against a cultural narrative that taught women to fear birth as something painful, frightening, and simply to be endured. That experience, paired with my own journey navigating a lack of fully informed consent in a hospital setting, shaped my passion for helping women protect their birth vision and the sanctity of their birth space. I want every woman to feel confident in her choices, unafraid to ask questions, and empowered through fully informed consent and compassionate advocacy.

The Heart of My Approach
Birth, Your Way
Birth is not a problem to be managed. It's a physiological rite of passage your body is built for — one that asks to be witnessed, not taken over. My role is to stand beside you and the decisions you choose for your birth experience.
You know your body, your baby, and your experience better than anyone. You don't need someone to take the lead — you need someone beside you who listens, keeps you informed, and trusts you to find your own way.
